You will submit these documents when you go for your interview. You might also be asked to turn in additional requirements, so be as compliant as possible. After you are interviewed, you have to wait for news from the US embassy. If they contact you to ask or more documents, send them as soon as you can.
If the spouse has children under the age of twenty-one, they can also be petitioned for. Children will need to get a K-4 endorsement. This will allow them to live with the parent in the US while awaiting approval for immigration.
